Artist Statement
The artwork captures the emotional tension between desire and restraint through a dynamic color palette. The use of saturated colors like hot coral and blood orange represents desire, contrasting sharply with the muted tones of charcoal and hollow blue, symbolizing restraint. The main collision occurs in the center, where the vibrant colors battle against the sealed edges, creating a confined yet pulsating energy. The broken pixels introduce intentional disruptions, echoing the feelings of yearning and containment inherent in the seed’s narrative.
