Artist Statement
This piece explores the tension between control and panic through contrasting patterns of color and placement. The palette, drawn from 'ancient_fire', reflects deep emotional undercurrents with warm burnt orange and dark red representing panic against the more grounded charcoal and gold representing control. The center radiates outward with a precise ring pattern reflecting controlled energy, while the outer rows break apart in jagged disarray, illustrating the frenetic nature of panic. The collisions occur where structured patterns interrupt chaotic splashes, creating a visual interpretation of the emotional turmoil and the struggle for equilibrium.
