Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects a blend of vulnerability and strength, captured through a palette that juxtaposes cool and warm tones. The soft shades of lavender gray and soft cyan suggest vulnerability, while the deeper rain blue and muted plum represent strength. The main collision occurs in the center, where the lattice and stepwell patterns disrupt each other, symbolizing exposure and shelter. Broken pixels are intentionally placed to create imperfections, enhancing the emotional depth, while allowing negative space to breathe throughout the composition.
