Artist Statement
This composition captures the emotional tug-of-war between signal and noise, embodying the tension of clarity against muddled chaos. The monochromatic palette of deep navy and black symbolizes the pervasive absence of clarity, while accents of dim cyan and whites represent flickers of signal, creating a stark contrast. The noise pattern plays heavily in the edges and corners, creating interruptions in the framework of the center, which is organized around a mirror symmetry.
