Artist Statement
The emotional tone combines the resilience of strength with the fragility of vulnerability, conveyed through a palette of ripe green, acid green, honey gold, deep olive, and cream. The dominant rich greens represent strength, while the softer cream allows for areas of vulnerability. The main collision occurs at the center where vibrant green blends into a more subdued cream, symbolizing the interplay between sheltering strength and exposed vulnerability.
