The emotional tone of this artwork embodies the duality of dread and relief, expressed through the contrasting palette of dark violets and soft golds. The dense arrangement of black and dark violet evokes feelings of pressure and tension, mirroring the experience of emotional turmoil. In contrast, pale green and soft gold stripes cut across this darker field to signify moments of relief and hope, adhering to the 'rising signal' layout.
