Artist Statement
This composition expresses the tension between panic and control through contrasting color densities and layouts. The top half utilizes a controlled rain pattern in soft gold and pale green, suggesting stability and order, while the bottom half erupts with radial patterns of black and dark violet to evoke feelings of chaos and unrest. This contrast of color and pattern captures the struggle between external pressure and internal calm. The introduction of broken pixels within the chaos layer adds unpredictability, emphasizing the emotional disturbance articulated by the seed.
