Artist Statement
This composition embodies the tension between certainty and curiosity through a patterned duality of crisp lines and soft fades. The palette of pale mint and soft sky represents refreshing clarity, while storm gray and near black evoke depth and uncertainty. The main collision occurs in the center, where the structured 'stepwell' pattern clashes with the more chaotic 'ladder' design, creating a visual dialogue of rising tension against serene undertones. Broken pixels introduce intentional disruptiveness, reinforcing the idea of unresolved emotion within order.
