Artist Statement
The emotional tone is one of conflicting sensations, where awe meets terror, creating an intricate dance of contrasting emotions. The chosen palette features gray and dark maroon which evokes feelings of depth and complexity, while pink and red introduce moments of warmth against the darker tones. The layout of an inner core set against an outer frame creates a visual dichotomy, where the collision happens around the soft edges of the inner square. This prepares a wave-like flow that symbolizes movement yet retains the feeling of being contained within chaos, matching the seed's essence of order versus chaos.
