Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects a struggle between vulnerability (exposure) and protection (safety). The selected palette juxtaposes warm tones like 'warm_brown' and cool tones like 'cold_white', creating a dialogue between comfort and openness. The primary collision occurs in the right half, where the heavier 'shelter_green' interrupts the lighter 'pale_skin' thread pattern, symbolizing a tension between density and vulnerability. Broken pixels are incorporated to create imperfections and echoes of movement, enhancing the narrative of conflict.
