Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects a struggle between dense pressure and serene quietude. The palette of 'quiet_pressure' incorporates muted colors like off-white and dust gray to convey soft calm, contrasted by the darker, saturated hues of compressed red and dark navy to represent pressure. The main conflict occurs in the center where the compressed red meets the soft colors, emphasizing the collision of feelings. Throughout, there's a mix of static and 'teeth' patterns that disrupts the overall flow, suggesting an inherent tension and release within the abstract.
