Artist Statement
This artwork captures the duality of fear and hope conveyed through a juxtaposition of dark and light colors. The palette chosen includes deep blacks and dark violets to represent fear, layered with soft golds and pale greens that symbolize hope. The contrasting sections create a tension, where the dark corners clash with a glowing center, representing the struggle between despair and aspiration.
