Artist Statement
The artwork captures the emotional tension between vulnerability and strength through a dynamic palette of warm and cool tones. The deep blue expresses stability and strength, while the muted purple symbolizes vulnerability. The collision occurs in the center where the strength pattern (tide) meets the vulnerability pattern (target), creating an intense emotional center surrounded by softer edges. Broken pixels introduce imperfections, symbolizing life's unpredictable nature, while negative space allows breathing room, enhancing the sense of exposure and shelter.
