Artist Statement
The artwork reflects the emotional tension between fear and hope, using a palette of dark violet and soft gold to embody contrasting moods. The upper four rows, inspired by 'awe', exhibit a structured pattern that conveys rhythm and release, while the lower four rows, embodying 'terror', disrupt this order through jagged placements and broken pixels, creating a chaotic balance. The main collision occurs in the central rows, blending quiet gold with dark backgrounds, emphasizing the emotional push and pull dictated by the seed.
