Artist Statement
This pixel art explores the emotional duality of safety and exposure, creating a mesmerizing tension through contrasting colors. The chosen palette includes soft greens and browns symbolizing shelter, while pale and cold hues represent exposure. The distribution is intentionally asymmetric, allowing for a preponderance of the shelter tones with the pale center representing openness. The color interaction creates both a soothing rhythm and a palpable pressure, reflecting the interplay of protective and exposed feelings that the seed suggests.
