Artist Statement
The emotional tone captures the dynamic struggle between rage and calm, depicted through a deliberate contrast of colors and patterns. The palette is rooted in stark contrasts; deep blacks and reds suggest intensity and volatility, while pale blues and whites evoke serenity and calmness. The arrangement follows a flow of elevation, with dark colors concentrated in the lower half, creating a sense of weighted pressure. As you move upward, lighter colors emerge, symbolizing an ascent towards calmness. The broken pixel edges create imperfections, suggesting the chaotic interplay between emotions; echoes of collision happen where red sharply interrupts the blue, affirming the seed's duality.
