Artist Statement
This composition captures the emotional tension between longing and resolve. The palette blends warm and cool tones, mirroring the push and pull between desire (rose clay, warm shadow) and resolution (cool blue, distant lilac). The collision occurs centrally with a dense cluster of warmer shades, interrupted by cooler accents to suggest both serenity and urgency. Broken pixels appear as punctuations, enhancing the sense of repair amidst damage, reflecting the heart's complex narratives.
