Artist Statement
The emotional tone of this artwork embodies a dynamic tension between trust and suspicion, where the vibrant hues of gratitude and envy collide and create a conversation of forms. The chosen palette of ripe green and deep olive aims to reflect the warmth of trust against the shadows of suspicion. The central collision occurs along a vertical seam, promoting both flow and fracture, mirrored by the grid pattern representing suspicion which interrupts the smooth tide pattern of trust. Broken pixels introduce imperfection, enhancing the sense of fragility within resilience.
