Artist Statement
This artwork explores the emotional duality of loneliness and connection through color contrast and spatial arrangement. The palette of black, dark violet, soft gold, and pale green creates a visual dialogue of fear and hope, with black symbolizing isolation and dark violet representing a deep, hidden weight. The center is burdened with darker shades, depicting loneliness, while the surrounding colors engage in a more vibrant array, suggesting connection.
