Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects a rhythmic struggle between clarity (signal) and disruption (noise). The chosen palette features vibrant accents of signal green and electric blue, representing the clarity of communication, juxtaposed with the muted and static hues of dead black and static gray symbolizing interference. The pattern of embers suggests a pulse of clarity in hot magenta, consistently interrupted, creating tension in the middle rows where clean color juts against the darker noise. The center of the square acts as a collision point, representing where these emotional flows meet: a pulse amidst static.
