Artist Statement
This piece embodies a dance between confusion and clarity, using a palette that juxtaposes vibrant colors against stark black. The vivid mix of lime and electric blue evokes energy and clarity, while the dense black serves to fragment that clarity, creating confusion. The layout reflects a fractured symmetry, where the outer grid represents the clear, structured side, while the inner chaos hints at emotional disruption. The broken pixel placements introduce intentional faults, drawing attention to imperfections, and encouraging the viewer to reflect on the interplay of emotions—both serene and chaotic. The core grapples with a pulse of overlapping patterns, inspired by the seed's themes of division and intermingling of feelings.
