Artist Statement
This composition explores the emotional tension between calmness and rage through strategically placed colors. The palette of black, pale blue, and white provides a stark contrast to the punctuating reds, balancing moments of compression with airy spaces. The left side mirrors the right but introduces subtle disruptions with broken pixels, reflecting how emotions collide and fracture our perception. The calmness is evoked through spaced-out horizontal dots of pale blue against jagged red accents, illustrating both quiet structure and chaotic bursts.
