Artist Statement
This artwork embodies the tension between vulnerability and strength through a soft color palette of muted blues, grays, and pale hues, suggesting an emotional landscape that oscillates between calm and turmoil. The checker and pressure band patterns create a sense of collision and interruption in the center, where darker tones represent strength, contrasting with lighter shades that symbolize vulnerability on the edges.
