Artist Statement
This artwork captures the emotional tension between longing and resolve through a carefully chosen palette of dark reds, pale blue, and white. The contrast between the deep hues (representing longing) and the lighter tones (embodying resolve) creates a sense of emotional conflict. The chaotic distribution of color, with stark collisions between the hues in the center and quiet fields at the edges, reflects the interplay of desire and determination, while the broken pixels introduce imperfections that symbolize repair amidst damage. The intentional imbalance in color placement evokes a pulse-like rhythm that resonates with the seed's essence of urgency and serenity.
