Artist Statement
The artwork embodies the tension between panic and control through an asymmetric pixel arrangement that juxtaposes dense stripes against open spaces. The palette of deep blacks and soft gold evokes a sense of both fear and hope, creating a contrast that mirrors the emotional play described in the seed. The use of dark colors represents the creeping nature of panic, while the gold hints at fleeting moments of control. The edges are defined yet marked with broken pixels, symbolizing the fragility of this balance. Each row alternates between dense clusters and open areas, visually narrating a struggle between opposing forces, as the patterned approach of radial stripes meets the static structure of the central piece.
