This artwork embodies the emotional duel between relief and dread, using a palette that contrasts bright, uplifting tones with deeper, heavier shades. The soft mint and gold colors depict moments of relief, while storm gray and nearly black tones symbolize dread. The layout of two pulsating centers clashing in the middle creates a rhythmic tension, interrupted by broken pixels that evoke imperfections and disrupt the flow. The density of color is alive with movement, suggesting an emotional spiral moving counterclockwise—an ever-present tension between filled and hollow spaces.
