This composition explores the emotional conflict between nostalgia and progress, captured through contrasting colors and patterns. The palette incorporates black and dark violet for depth and introspection, representing nostalgia, while soft gold and pale green add brightness and suggestion of growth, reflecting progress. The dominant black center symbolizes weighted memories, surrounded by a rhythmic split pattern that ebbs toward the edges, embodying a push between uncertainty and stability, mirroring the 'rise vs fall' theme. The slight disruptions introduced through 'broken pixels' amplify the feeling of imperfection and reflection on time's passage.
