Artist Statement
This artwork explores the emotional duality of longing and resolve through contrasting colors and patterns. The warm hues of ripe green and honey gold represent longing, while the steadiness of deep olive and acid green signifies resolve. Broken pixels scattered across the canvas introduce intentional disruptions, symbolizing the tension of repair versus damage.
