Artist Statement
This piece captures the interplay between dread and relief through the use of a muted palette and a structured layout. The dense clusters of dark colors in the corners represent a feeling of pressure and confinement, while the lighter colors, forming a lattice of relief, create an echoing contrast, suggesting the opening space. The gradual transition from dark to light through the center gives a sense of movement from chaos to order, enhancing the emotional narrative established by the seed's themes.
