Artist Statement
This artwork captures the emotional tension between vulnerability and strength through the interplay of dark and light hues. The palette features cosmic indigo and void black to convey depth and strength, while star white introduces fragile lightness. The central area features a flood pattern to symbolize vulnerability, surrounded by a mirror pattern from the edges suggesting strength. The collision happens centrally, where contrasting patterns overlap and create a sense of exposure amidst protection.
