Artist Statement
The artwork explores the emotional tension between clarity and distortion, embodying the central themes of 'signal' and 'noise'. The palette of stark blacks, vibrant greens, and electric blues represents the pulse of communication against a backdrop of static gray, while the hot magenta adds interruptions symbolizing noise. The left half showcases cleaner, more concentrated colors representing signal, while the right, with its chaotic distribution, portrays noise. The collision occurs diagonally across the center, creating an interplay between concentrated clarity and scattered disruptions, aligning with the seed's themes of exposure and memory.
