Artist Statement
This piece embodies the emotional tug between clarity (signal) and chaos (noise). The palette combines deep navy and black for a grounding effect, contrasted by bright dim cyan and white that establish signals of presence and rhythm. The corner invasion layout starts with dark tones at the top left, hinting at static that gradually yields to brighter colors towards the center, embodying the battle between echoing memories and clear expressions of thought. The clash occurs centrally with bright accents interrupted by dark shapes, illustrating a palpable disruption. Each color placement carries weight, with intentional broken pixels creating an unsettling rhythm, echoing the theme without forming literal imagery.
