Artist Statement
This artwork embodies the tension between softness and severity, using a palette of powder pink, warm white, carbon black, steel gray, and sharp crimson. The main contrast emerges in the center where layers of soft veil patterns clash with sharp ladder motifs, creating a dynamic pulse. The diagonally divided layout emphasizes the emotional bounce between gentle and harsh, signifying the struggle of forgiveness against guilt.
