Artist Statement
This abstract artwork captures the contrast between vulnerability and strength through a dichotomy of color and form. The left side, dominated by dark hues (#000000, #444444, #222222) represents strength—a dense base that evokes a sense of rootedness and stability, essential yet unyielding. The right side, in lighter tones (#FFFFFF, #AABBD2, #CAD9E8), embodies vulnerability, signifying an exposed core with soft breaks and ripples that suggest fragility. The collision at the center reveals a 'cage' structure, representing the tension between protection and exposure, while broken pixels create intentional imperfections across the canvas.
