Artist Statement
The emotional tone oscillates between the comfort of safety and the vulnerability of exposure. The chosen palette represents this duality: warm brown and shelter green evoke a sense of protection, while pale skin and open blue reflect exposure and fragility. The main collision occurs in the top left corner where the warm tones gather densely, contrasting with the cooler, lighter colors that flow outward, mimicking an echo spreading into the rest of the square. The structure follows a clockwise spiral that creates a dynamic interplay between pressure and release, reinforcing the concepts rooted in the seed.
