Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects the tension between confusion and clarity, represented through a deliberate asymmetry in an otherwise mirrored design. The palette of soft gold, pale green, dark violet, and black illustrates a stark contrast between light (clarity) and dark (confusion). This creates a rhythmic pulse across the square, where broken pixels disrupt the flow and create unexpected collisions of color. The patterns of radial confusion and flame-like clarity alternate, enhancing the feeling of chaos met with control as pixels seem to fall or pulse. This interplay speaks to the emotional journey of grappling with clarity amid chaos, translating the seed into a dynamic visual narrative.
