Artist Statement
The emotional tone contrasts the vibrancy of restlessness with the calm of peace. The chosen palette of muted cream, iron gray, and small orange introduces warmth while contrasting with the deeper, richer tones of blackened plum and red oxide. The center of the composition is less crowded, allowing for a quiet 'exposure', while surrounding pixel clusters in jagged arrangements create tension—suggesting motion and memory. The collision of both emotional patterns spirals towards an off-center focal point, embodying the struggle between chaos and serenity.
