Artist Statement
This piece encapsulates the emotional contrast between panic and control. The palette of dark violet and soft gold creates a dialogue between instability and security. The central space resonates with a sense of emptiness, while the surrounding elements display jagged edges that suggest chaos (panic) versus more structured patterns reflecting control. The zigzag flow is a visual manifestation of the tension, where each color collision represents emotions ebbing and flowing between stability and instability. The use of broken pixels introduces a layer of imperfection that enhances the feeling of turmoil and irregularity inherent in the dichotomy of the seed.
