Artist Statement
This composition explores the tension between tenderness and rage, creating a channeling effect through the layout. The palette, combining saturated reds and muted blue tones, serves to evoke a sense of conflict and calmness. The dominant presence of dark hues represents rage, creating a stormy, compressed atmosphere on the left side, while the soft blues introduce gentler emotions on the right, illustrating the contrast between harshness and serenity. Broken pixels across the design embody the imperfections of emotion, suggesting moments of interruption and reflection. The collision of channel-like patterns and thread-like textures evokes the complexity of navigating inner and outer feelings.
