Artist Statement
This artwork reflects the emotional duality between joy and grief, captured through a contrasting color palette of bright yellows and oranges against deep blues and muted purples. The arrangement creates a sense of upward movement on the left, symbolizing joy and hope, while the darker hues on the right evoke a feeling of heaviness and sorrow.
